Last Curtain Call for Scamelot

It's considered impolite to speak ill of the dead. And I, like a lot of people, was told as a youth that if you don't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all. So this will have to be one of the shortest posts I've done at the Contrarian.

Ted Kennedy passed away last night, at the relatively ripe old age of 77. Apparently it's true: only the good die young.

Ted was bright enough not to follow in JFK's footsteps. JFK gave a speech where he said he would disband the federal reserve and the Criminals In Action and was dead a few months later.

*Groan* The media has a new distraction for us. They should be calling for days off school for children and sainthood for Ted any minute. They should call the fortress of solitude and get Obamessiah's take on it.
